​**TRAVEL & MILEAGE**
For events located beyond the Kohala Coast and Kailua-Kona, a travel fee of $50.00 per hour and $0.60 per mile will be assessed. This fee is calculated based on a round trip from Waikoloa Village to the ceremony venue and encompasses travel time for activities such as hiking, helicopter, or boat trips, measured from parking and back. The hourly rate remains at $50.00.
**LATE FEE**A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed following the scheduled ceremony start time at no additional charge. Late fees will commence 15 minutes post the agreed start time at a rate of $75.00 for each additional 15-minute interval. Please inquire for quotes regarding locations outside of these specified areas, as well as for off-island locations.

Meet Michaela at my Waikoloa Village office for your ceremony under the plumeria tree.
A ring and lei exchange can be included, though leis are not provided. Be sure to bring your marriage license for signing and finalizing your marriage.

**EARLY MORNING AND SUNRISE** (Waikoloa and Mauna Lani Resorts ONLY)
- $100.00 for services rendered between 7 AM and 9 AM
- $200.00 for sunrise services at Waikoloa and Mauna Lani ONLY
