2. ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЕ ДАТЫ
Если дата доступна, мы можем организовать телефонную встречу. Пожалуйста, укажите удобные для вас дни и время, и я подтвержу, прежде чем связаться с вами, чтобы рассмотреть варианты и цены. * Вы можете пропустить встречу сейчас, если хотите забронировать сразу и запланировать встречу на более позднюю дату. 3. ГОТОВЫ К БРОНИРОВАНИЮ
Отправьте текст или электронное письмо с запросом на бронирование. Укажите ваши имена, дату церемонии, время, место, номер опции и любые особые пожелания.
4. ОПЛАТА ДЕПОЗИТА И ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЕ
Последний шаг к бронированию — оплата аванса. Я отправлю счет на указанный вами адрес электронной почты. После получения аванса/депозита в размере 25% ваше мероприятие будет официально подтверждено.
* Обратите внимание, что дата не может быть забронирована до получения аванса. Аванс не возвращается, а оставшаяся сумма должна быть выплачена за 10 дней до церемонии.
5. НАЗНАЧИТЬ ВСТРЕЧУ
30 минут включены во все опции/пакеты. Мы рассмотрим церемониальную процессию и сценарий. Первичная консультация включена во все пакеты. Я рекомендую рассмотреть опции № 2 или № 3, если вы хотите неограниченные услуги по переписке и консультациям.

**TRAVEL & MILEAGE**
For ceremonies outside of the Kohala Coast and Kailua-Kona, a travel fee $50.00 per hour and $0.60 per mile will apply This fee is calculated based on a round trip from Waikoloa Village. This includes venues the time for to reach locations that require hiking, helicopter, and boat trips. The hourly rate remains $50.00 per hour. A calculation can be provided by request.
**Late Fee** A 15-minute grace period will be allowed after the scheduled ceremony start time at no extra charge. Late fees of $75.00 will apply for each additional 15-minute interval after this period.
Please inquire for quotes regarding locations outside these specified areas and off-island locations.

**ПУТЕШЕСТВИЕ И ПРОБЕГ**
Для церемоний за пределами побережья Кохала и Кайлуа-Коны взимается плата за проезд в размере 50,00 долл. США в час и 0,60 долл. США за милю. Эта плата рассчитывается на основе поездки туда и обратно из деревни Вайколоа. Сюда входит время, необходимое для того, чтобы добраться до мест, требующих пеших прогулок, поездок на вертолете и лодке. Почасовая ставка остается 50,00 долл. США в час. Changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Michaela. The retainer is non-refundable if changes cannot be accommodated. Please reconnect with Michaela 7 to 10 days before your event to reconfirm details.
Remember, no modifications will be confirmed without a written request and response.
You can also book Michaela for additional hours or the entire day for more flexibility.
